You do realize that Eminent Domain is in the Constitution right, and originally didn't impose nor place any limits on eminent domain for individual states? And you do realize that the 14th amendment does not forbid the State from having its own laws regulating eminent domain, provided there is compensation and due process, right?

Stephen Hayes hasn’t got much credibility to lose. Back when Trump criticized McCain, Hayes was all over the place proclaiming that Trump had “blown up” his own campaign. Hayes was writing post mortems on the subject.
Hayes is just another dreary Trump hater—the more so that Trump defied Hayes’ hysterical death watch and remains at the front of the field.
