I had a friend who was killed by a drunk driver. Can his family sue Jim Beam, and Ford Motor Company? Makes the same amount of sense.
The GOPe Congress would not stop it, and there would be a whole lot of money that could be made available not just for victims, but also for government funding.
Actually most victims get nothing or very little if government is involved with a lawsuit. Governments get their cut first and victims get a coupon to KMart.
American’s plan:

If the tanks that had been used against the Waco people had been hit by anti-tank weapons then the Feds would have had to back off and then the media would have given a more critical eye to the US Army tanks that were being illegally used on US soil.
And what would the Feds have done then? Called in an airstrike?
With this (suing the gun manufacturers)she just wiped out any chance of winning the nomination or the presidency.

How about a suit against the Mehican government for illegally dumping their garbage off on us?

You are correct as those few who DO bother to vote voted in her scuzzball husband TWICE. We/they get what they "pay for" at all times. So very, very sad.

Many people die from being stabbed. Is Hillary also proposing suing knife manufacturers. She makes no sense.
