As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.

Patriots please note that the POTUS has no constitutional authority to remove activist, Constitution-ignoring justices. That job belongs to Congress.

The problem is that, thanks to the ill-conceived 17th Amendment, even after three election cycles, enough election cycles to have replaced every member of the Senate, low-information patriots have failed to elected the 2/3 Senate supermajority that is required to remove House-impeached justices from the bench.

So in addition to electing a conservative, non-RINO president to the Oval Office in the 2016 elections, patriots also need need to elect a non-RINO conservative majority to the House, while also electing a 2/3 non-RINO conservative supermajority to the Senate.

If patriots can do this then the new Congress will be able to start removing activist justices from the bench.

The 17th Amendment needs to disappear, and corrupt senators who confirm activist justices and then refuse to remove them from the bench when they ignore the Constitution along with it.

I have no hope of this happening in my lifetime. I think the best we can do is elect a president who will appoint (and fight for) conservative justices and let God impeach a few of the current ones.
