No amnesty EVER. Revoke citizenship for anchor babies. Revoke citizenship for illegals that Reagan gave amnesty to. They can be given resident alien visas but no citizenship!
The only exception I might make is for kids who have grown up here as deportation to latin America would be extremely hard on them. But no citizenship. Unless they serve 4 years in the military.

Don't start negotiations by giving up ground, there's plenty of time for that later once we actually get to the table. Fortunately we have a candidate that knows this.
I am for rewarding/repaying/forgiving a young man who came into the US illegally but had the spirit to put his life on the line in the military for the US and what he believed as to our Constitution. I have memories of many young US citizens who declined to do such and in fact chose to go against the interests of the US.
We have been downsizing the military for years forcing tens of thousands of uniformed military out of the service, many of them combat veterans. And you want to allow illegal aliens to compete with American citizens and legal immigrants for scarce positions in our military where it is a privilege to serve? Why don't you start worrying about your fellow citizens and how "hard" these positions you take will be on them?
