Trump: “Well of course if somehow the polls showed I was down to 1% I would have to think about it. I’m not going to hang around if nobody is supporting me like some of my opponents. I’m not a masochist.”

This why he almost never accepts the premise. Look what journalists do if he does. He should keep attacking. I think most would trade the current bunch of pundits for one Trump surprisingly more cogent and insight. Also he has a habit of predicting the future accurately. Personally anytime he gets to slap the press I find it adding to his appeal. These people are full of jackassery.
