Well .. who can say .. Russia is claiming they are making 70 or so air strikes a day.
At that rate .. they could be making headway .. but ISIS is not just in Damascus or a few neighboring cities .. they have amassed a huge group and taken a large portion of Syria.
So, I agree .. they may have made a lot of progress, but they still have a long way to go.
