On Breitbart News Sunday Sirius XM radio with host and Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon, Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) 80% discussed the findings of his Senate Judiciary Immigration and the National Interest Subcommittee, which document how births to current Americans will be vastly outnumbered by mass immigration unless Congress hits the pause button on issuing new green cards. In an impassioned interview, Sessions challenged donor-driven Republicans who are too close to the corporate class, for supporting a radical pace of immigration that would push the U.S. past all known records. America is surging past all historical [immigration] levels. I think its time to slow down, Session declared.

Time for Congress to specifically defund any monies to be used for relocation of any refugees form the Middle East, period.
The time to stop an invasion is before it begins.

Stop this massive LEGAL immigration. Too many people think it’s just illegal immigration that is a problem.

God bless Jeff Sessions but Congress will do nothing unless we get a President like Trump who will browbeat them into it.

If congressmen want to be heroes they can pass a bill saying all ‘immigrants’ and all ‘illegals’ will be housed within the borders of the wealthiest ZIP codes around Washington DC.
And yeah, it’ll cost more, buy every citizen outside the beltway will cheer.

I give up. Really, there are too many problems, we are sunk in too deep a hole and I can’t see a light anymore. We the people are the helpless kids pushed out of the sandbox, democrats are the bullies that did it, and too many repubs are handing over their lunch money so they can keep playing.

In seven years well have the highest percentage of American non-native born since the founding of the Republic, Sessions explained. Some people think, Well, weve always had this numbers, but that its not so. This is very unusual. This is a radical change. Born in America makes you a citizen? Really? Time to acknowledge the debate.
United States v. Wong Kim Ark
[Excerpts from] MR. CHIEF JUSTICE FULLER, with whom concurred MR. JUSTICE HARLAN dissenting.
. . .
- "That all persons born in the United States
- and not subject to any foreign power,
- excluding Indians not taxed,
are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States."
. . .
In other words, all persons born in the United States, and not owing allegiance to any foreign power, are citizens.
. . .
it is argued that the words "and not subject to any foreign power" should be construed as
excepting from the operation of the statute only
- the children of public ministers
- and of aliens born during hostile occupation.
. . .
Was there any necessity of excepting them?
And if there were others described by the words,
why should the language be construed to exclude them?
. . .
They do not owe allegiance otherwise than to their own governments,
and their children cannot be regarded as born within any other.
. . .
If the act of 1866 had not contained the words, "and not subject to any foreign power,"
the children
- neither of public ministers
- nor of aliens in territory in hostile occupation
would have been included within its terms on any proper construction,
for their birth would not have subjected them to ties of allegiance,
- whether local and temporary
- or general and permanent.
There was no necessity as to them for the insertion of the words,
- although they were embraced by them.
But there were others in respect of whom the exception was needed,
- namely, the children of aliens,
- whose parents owed local and temporary allegiance merely,
- remaining subject to a foreign power by virtue of the tie of permanent allegiance,
- which they had not severed by formal abjuration or equivalent conduct,
- and some of whom were not permitted to do so if they would.
And it was to prevent the acquisition of citizenship by the children of such aliens
- merely by birth within the geographical limits of the United States
- that the words were inserted.
