It’s not just been shying away from women at work. A large number of men are refusing to marry. Put in MGTOW on YouTube and see the men who have done a cost benefit analysis of marriage. They conclude it’s too risky and are very active in converting other guys to save them.

It's the world we live in, but it is a damn shame. Men need women, and women need men. Masculinity and femininity complete each other, but it seems like femininity is dying out. So many women have no interest in embracing their natural role, but instead want to be some kind of absurd parody of a man.
