I've spent much of the last 25 years fixing crap code in DoD systems. They of lots of complex code with aging infrastructure. The business logic is wrapped tightly into the code, so extracting it and "modernizing" it is a nightmare. Anybody who buys the BS that Obama is going to insert a dream team of computer science genius to "fix" inefficient government code is smoking some good weed. Turn the "genius" corps loose on "healthcare.gov" if they are so damn good. Fix that steaming pile of poop before claiming a panacea for other systems.

But that’s exactly who some of these guys are, according to this article. They came in to fix healthcaredotgov...it’s kind of alarming that he’s picked all this top talent to work on making the tech infrastructure of government work. Efficiently.
I have come to be suspicious and leary of anything this man does.
