That's about as close to an accurate quick assessment of the incident as we will get immediately.
However, this is about Obama, not the US military that the Drive By Media are moving to blame. The same military could not support their own at the US Embassy in Bengazi, Libya, because of Obama's direct orders, and several senior officers were cashiered for attempting to do so. OBAMA pulls the trigger or not, the military only follow orders, and will be stabbed in the back for this.
So Obama wanted to punish DWB for a reason that will be covered up by the Media as they always cover for Obama.
