I think fomented race war is part and parcel of said civil war.

In that civil war, I wonder what side civil servants will take? Such as the ATF? FBI? National Parks rangers? Fish and Game? SWAT teams? FEMA?

Presumably, civil servants are the ones who'd be deployed to do the confiscating.

All it would take is for the right case to come before SCOTUS wherein they can declare what many read as a Right, is really a Privilege and as such is revoked.

This scenario is not as odd as it sounds, as they have declared 3x that only Treaty Tribes have Rights - such as the 2nd Amendment - while all others - you and me - have mere Privilege which can be revoked at any given time.

So yes, it is legally conceivable that SCOTUS could make a Federal attempt at confiscation a reality.

I’m a Zonie so I’m almost there already ;) Kidding aside though we have plenty of people here that say they will be all ‘Red Dawn” if this ever happens. I have a bet with myself that most of these “superpatriots in their own mind” will be handing their guns in to keep their big screens.

Remember - these are people that refuse flatly to give up actively funding the DNC through their Dish/Cable tithing. I have to doubt most of them will change into anything more than they are with an actual gun in their face. I agree that some people will not go along with disarmament. But I think many are kidding themselves about the resistance levels of the average American. Most are too gutless to EVER do anything but comply like mewling sheep. They di it daily with issues of far less consequence and threat to their being than this. They are used to compliance. Look at what happened in Boston after the bombing. THAT is what you’ll see in Texas, I’ll see i AZ and America will see in the other 55 states of Obama.
