This Macomb % is shocking. Rubio leads Hillary and has younger voters (for now), but they wouldn't vote in the same way or at the same level as union people. Trump is tied with Hillary as it is.
Another poll two days ago had Trump up a couple over Hillary in MI. I actually believe MI may not only be "in play" but may be slightly tilting red.

Unions would be smart to lock up with Trump... (not federal unions)...He’s really more in their court than anyone... I mean he wants to bring jobs back to this country...
If Trump favors Federal unions, then that’s a big strike against him in my mind
