I watch peoples mouths when they talk. His upper lip is a little distorted and to me his speech is also off.
He has a deliver in the style of Reagan but 5% of the charisma, damn shame but true. He does tend to sound a little nasal.
I have often said if you could put Cruz's intellect voice and delivery into Rubio's body, you would have a 100% winner.
I don’t care .. Cruz is still the only one who makes any sense when he talks. And .. his actions back him up.
