He is merely weak and incompetent. He is also a puppet who does what he is told.

Because he is a malignant narcissist, he believes that he is really in charge, and that the words he reads from his teleprompter are actually his words.

To me, he comes across as a dim-bulb, who actually believes the Left-Wing propaganda; that the world will be a safer, better place, if America is brought to its knees economically, militarily, socially and politically.

He simply does and says whatever Jarrett instructs him to do or say.

The only question is whether Jarrett is an actual shot-caller, or whether she is simply a buffer between Obama and the One-World-Cabal that owns him.
