Homeland's Customs function is in Treasury as it's purpose is to collect tariffs.
BATF is not a legimate function of government, so is gone. In a free America, ATFE would be the name of a General store, where you buy those items.
EPA? Gone. The States should handle that.

My only problem with the Nuge saying this is that it makes it far more difficult for Trump to say the same thing while sounding original. Other than that, Ted is spot-on.
