I’m not sure who are the good guys in this fight. So far every time we’ve taken out a ME dictator he’s replaced with something way worse.
I agree with Trump - let the Russians deal with it.
Syria has ALWAYS been closely aligned with Soviet Union/Russia since the days of the Cold War.
If the Govt of Syria wants an ally to help, who the hell are we to start DECLARING “no fly zones” over another sovereign state’s assistance request from an ally.
Bibi and Trump said about the same thing this week. Let your enemies fight among themselves and then pick up the pieces when they’ve weakened each other. IOW “Get the H.out of their way!”

I agree with Trump too, and he probably is not privy to any of the real intelligence which might be scarier.
We have no business being over there, now that we withdrew are soldiers. We have no options, and shooting down Russian planes is not an option.
I’ve been predicting that the Carter moment is about to take place here with this president. Something is going to happen which will hog tie him once and for all, like it did Carter. It will show his incompetence, his weakness, his cowardice. It will not be pretty.
In our 200+ years are presidents have not been cowards, because our nation are not cowards. We’ve never had a president cowtow to anyone.
