With respect to borders, do these sacred rights come into being by virtue of one’s location on the planet? No. But they are honored and upheld in lands where our Constitution is honored and upheld. The rights pre-exist the Constitution, to be sure, but the Constitution provides a legal framework whereby we may execute and judge policies that honor and uphold the pre-existing rights.
There is massive confusion and lack of education today when it comes to the nature of rights (vs. privileges) and the “pursuit of happiness” as our forefathers defined them as they are circumscribed by just laws. Then we have elected officials who bumble about in ignorance of these things as well. Does not bode well of our country, so we avail ourselves of Divine assistance and pray for devout leaders who understand these things and articulate them well.

Strange how quiet the MSM is this morning regarding the killing of Students/Faculty in OR...
wondering if B.Hussein O. plans to travel West to attend funeral of those killed? like he did in SC. oh well stop wondering, we know he won't they are more than likely all white Americans, he ignores anything white.

Education, in Western Civilization, was foremost the instruction of Christan virtue. Only very recently did it transform into the teaching of "stuff," until now, when it has gone full circle and become instruction in humanist virtue and historical materialism.
They don't even seem to try to hard to teach the "stuff" like math and language anymore.
