It is best for the country for King Salman to step down as well. We cannot take sick people in top leadership, the grandson of Abdulaziz Ibn Saud, the states founder, told Britain's The Times daily.
He also said that Crown Prince Mohammad bin Nayef and Deputy Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman would "have to be punished and thrown out.

We’d better get used to riding bicycles to work.
Apparently there is resentment due to Salman’s preference for his own clan the Sudairi clan. Salman has been breaking the rules that have been in place by the former Kings and this is about to get interesting.
Seems like there are 2 obvious broad options.
1. Status quo, which leads to continued decline and probable removal of the entire ‘Royal’ family.
2. New set of Royals come in and try to re-establish control and quiet the masses.
My question is, what/who steps in to replace the Royals if option 1 is your choice? History would suggest that ‘regime change’ in the M.E. usually goes from kinda-bad to worse.
My other question is, what happens to oil prices? If that control structure ‘burns’...then what?
I hope it’s not another “Arab Spring.”
Inbread bastard’s and now they got a defect for their king.
I think HA HA..
Does seem like a N. Korea kind of thing. Bat-$heit crazy father being replaced by radically incompetent son.
Country will suffer. People will die.
“All of the Progressive plans to create a NWO just hit the wall,...”
Correct.
Seen from Riyadh, Kuwait and Abu Dhabi, the world around the mostly wealthy oil-producing [Gulf Cooperation Council] states has been turned on its head in the last four years. Every major geo-strategic potential threat or fear that they have quietly harboured for years has started to materialise virtually simultaneously.

Iranian propaganda.
Look at the source.
I have no confidence in the Saudi regime, but this is not the place to get a read on them.
The world would be a lot different had we taken down these wahabbist bastards following 9/11.
This will only get stronger the longer the price of oil stays low.
Yeah but there was some doofus talking about the “Religion of Peace” covering for them.
“This will only get stronger the longer the price of oil stays low.”
Agreed. But what can the Saudis do now? Restrict their oil and try to demand the other OPEC members do the same? They can’t! They are all broke. Saudi has used the one big weapon/threat it had and while it certainly caused a lot of pain to the OPEC members, they have all responded the same way: more oil! Going to be very difficult to slow the flow now.
Beside that, the US now has the ability to produce a lot of their own oil. Canada is also cranking out the oil and the Keystone pipe line will only help. Worst case, the price of oil maybe goes back up into the $60 range, $70 tops, but the days of $100 barrels of oil, I think, are over. If true, the OPEC members with economies that are geared for $100 oil are rather seriously screwed.
anyone taking a vote in THIS country?
This is all a plot to ultimately unite the entire mooselimb world.
