Chris Harper Mercer’s Politics: What You Need to Know (Media Claims He Was Conservative Republican)
Heavy ^ | October 1, 2015 | Paul Farrell

The man suspected of killing multiple people at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, identified himself as a Conservative Republican on his dating profile at Spiritual Passions. The shooter has been named as Chris Harper Mercer, 26. On that site, Harper Mercer says that he is mixed-race. In a blog posting on Kick Ass Torrents in September, Harper Mercer wrote that he didn’t agree with Black Lives Matter protesters but that he thought police brutality was a problem in America.

Chris Harper Mercer, dating, sex, romance, single, girlfriend, okcupid, tinder (Spiritual Passions)

Speaking to the Roseburg News Review, a witness said that Mercer asked students their religions before shooting them.

On that dating site, Harper-Mercer makes it clear that he hated organized religion but regarded himself as a spiritual person.

Despite identifying himself as a conservative, on his MySpace page, Harper-Mercer posted numerous photos of the Irish Republican Army’s provisional incarnation. That group was openly fighting for a socialist Irish republic, which would be at odds with Harper-Mercer’s conservative leanings.

It’s been reported that Harper-Mercer used an AR-15 rifle during his attack on the college in Roseburg. That gun has become a symbol of the gun rights lobby’s struggle against what they deem persecution from the Obama administration. In the immediate aftermath of the shooting, President Obama was lauded for his passionate speech pleading for “sensible steps” to be taken to deal with the gun problem in America.

YOU make the most pertinent point of all: the 10 hour wait for the public disclosure of his name.

Many nefarious acts could have been done in the interim and like you, I have long ago lost my trust in *this* government.

No, we don’t have this guy. He’s no conservative republican.

That was a little false flag either by him or by hackers after the fact. Conservative republicans don’t single out Christians to kill.

He described himself as a straight college student, a “teetotaller,” a conservative Republican and into punk industrial rock music. He described his interests and hobbies as “Internet, killing zombies, movies, music, reading.”

"........The shooter's stepsister was shocked by the news.

'I don't know what to say. I'm shaking right now,' said Carmen Nesnick in an interview with NBC Los Angeles.

'He was a nice guy. He put everyone before himself. It doesn't sound right because he wanted everyone to be happy.'

She also said that she had not seen her stepbrother in a year, and that he was born in England before moving to the United States.

Ian Harper, the father of the gunman who is divorced from the young man's mother, told CBS Los Angeles; 'I am just as shocked as anybody at what happened today.'......" Source

Elsewhere on the account are images of masked gunmen and praise for the Irish Republican Army, the outlawed paramilitary group committed to overthrowing Northern Ireland and its links with Britain. Source

I thought hyphenated names put the mother’s name first. So Harper should be his mother’s name and Mercer his father’s name. Perhaps the mother remarried and they added a stepfather’s name?

The man suspected of killing multiple people at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, identified himself as a Conservative Republican on his dating profile at Spiritual Passions.

And Barack says he isn't a muslim although he hangs with them, protects them and elevates them.

And Bruce Jenner now identifies himself as a woman although he is still sporting his male plumbing.

So it is obvious that you can't always believe what people say or write.

You have to observe how they act - what they do.

"Another relative, who asked not to be identified, said Mercer lived for “most of his life” with his mother in the Los Angeles area, and that they had recently moved to Oregon.

The relative described Mercer as “quiet.” She said that he joined the Army at one point but did not know any details or why he left." - Source

Note in the sentence linked in Post #63, that the reference to conservative Republican is not in quotes, while other descriptors are.

If my memory correctly serves me the IRA was more than just sympathizers. Seems some actually fought for the PLO in Gaza.

The Wayback Machine says:

“This calendar view maps the number of times http://spiritualpassions.com/seeme/ironcross45.html was crawled by the Wayback Machine, not how many times the site was actually updated.”

The last time the account was accessed was more than three months ago, so it was not created recently.

FYI...
Switzer Center

Helping students conquer challenges.
Learning disabilities take many shapes and forms yet frequently lead to the same place, have the same results: frustration, fear, and failure. While emotional issues may begin as a result of neglect, abuse, or a family history of illness, they often grow deeper as a child unsuccessfully struggles in schools ill-equipped to meet his or her specific needs because of untreated learning difficulties.

At Switzer Learning Center, our students have found a nurturing and supportive school where phrases like “You can’t", "I won’t,” and “You can’t make me” are transformed into “Please help me”, "I can!” and “I will.” They’re surrounded by teachers who understand their struggles, provide encouragement, and teach different ways to learn. Finally, they develop hope, belief in their abilities to change, and opportunities to achieve success in school and life....................."

“conservative republican that target christians? I suspect this is a hoax to get ahead of the real information”

Gotta give the LIVs the one-sentence headline/soundbite. They won’t remember anything else. Lefty media will run with it regardless of whatever else comes out.

I just thought it seemed like you were hoping that info was true.

Of course I'd rather it weren't true. Sometimes I'm tired and wish the sun didn't come up so early...but I still have to recognize that it came up.

Right and I’m all but certain his site was hacked today.

I'm not.

There’s absolutely no reason to believe the misfit loner was a Republican, let alone a conservative.

I agree. Strongly.
