Don’t forget the impact of Obamacare on the unions.

I thought the unions got exempted by Obama prior to the vote. I have to check on this a bit.

But I would think Texas would go more conservative.”

George P. Bush was elected as Land Commissioner and John Cornyn, our RINO Senator was once again re-elected. So not so conservative any more. Tough state to break into politics, particularly on the local county scene, but once you’re in, you’ve got a job for life. Seems as if a lot of folks just go for R or D but don’t go to the trouble to get informed. Our family did not vote for incumbents or the candidate “favored” by the political machine the last elections, except for Governor and we all strongly supported Abbott.

The first poll I was in stirred my suspicions.
The second confirmed the tactic.
After that I just told them I didn’t have the time when they called.
After the third time they stopped calling.

I don’t find it interesting, it just raised my blood pressure.
But I find the aroma of cattle and horses reassuring, so I guess I am a bit different.

I know SEIU was, at least temporarily. Of course, they are the most rabidly leftist union, and sleep with Obama.

Several article that address Trump supporters......

Snip from one:

Who Are Trump's Supporters? | RealClearPolitics

First, Trump’s support is not particularly ideological. In recent YouGov polls, 20 percent of his supporters describe themselves as “liberal” or “moderate,” with 65 percent saying they are “conservative” and only 13 percent labeling themselves as “very conservative.” Less than a third of his supporters say they are involved with the Tea Party movement. Their views put them on the right side of the American electorate, but they cover the Republican mainstream.

In terms of demographics, Trump’s supporters are a bit older, less educated and earn less than the average Republican. Slightly over half are women. About half are between 45 and 64 years of age, with another 34 percent over 65 years old and less than 2 percent younger than 30. One half of his voters have a high school education or less, compared to 19 percent with a college or post-graduate degree. Slightly over a third of his supporters earn less than $50,000 per year, while 11 percent earn over $100,000 per year. Definitely not country club Republicans, but not terribly unusual either.

The day Trump announced my 18 year old nephew (a genius) called. He was so excited. As many young mwn, he knew Trump Initially from the wrestling challenge of Vince McMahan. His comment “he is one of us!” is a one I’ve heard repeatedly since that morning. He and his young friends are registered and ready to work for Trump. My hunch that this scenario is multiplied across the nation. Just look at the age of the people in Tramp’s crowds.

I used to do polling and I can tell you this is spot on. You keep asking the same question different ways to get the results you want.

Trump is a great candidate. People choose him because they want to win.

Trumps poicy papers have meant a lot. All the others should do the same. Then fact that they do not tells a whole lot.

I personally know 3 or 4 people who are registering for the first time to vote for Trump. These people are under the radar and I think people will be surprised at the outcome of this election. By the way, these people have always leanded left too. All are college educated, as am I.

Even worse are the Clinton vs Trump match-up’s. In several states those don’t compute at all.

But, I thought everyone was crowing about Trump’s dropping numbers, and how Fiorina was nipping at his heels.

If all you followed was the media, you’d think Trump had been in last place for months.

He's never 'surged' according to the press...

Ran into an old (beginning of September) poll a little while ago which heralded the fact Trump was even then beating Clinton in the polls.

Take a look at her anemic polls and tell me she wins over him.

Look at her sparce crowds. She is attracting nothing but the most diehard of her (what I contemplate to be) mentally ill followers.

Trump has them going through a pain in the neck process to come see him in large droves.

My black workers who are all friends of my grandson from the Cayman Islands are all voting for Trump for several reasons, but primarily because they believe he will kick out the illegal Mexicans who are stealing jobs from them and they believe that Trump will create jobs for them and I know they're seriously for Trump because 6 gave me $30 each for me to order them TRUMP baseball caps ‘MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN’ !!!

One ordered the camouflage, 2 ordered black, 2 red, and 1 white. LOL.

Their order arrived yesterday!

The HOOD is alive with TRUMP!

You’re exactly right!

Those upside down match-up’s insult our intelligence!

I want to throw “ashtrays” at the TV ever time a pundit or newscaster repeats those lies that Trump loses to Hillary but Jeb wins!

Give us a F-ing break.

!
