This is all about property rights.
She doesn’t own her residence. The city she lives in does. THEY get to make the call on who occupies it. The only claim on the property is that which she is permitted by the city. No more, no less.

We all know that. However this raises the question of — Who should the German government be taking care of as its first priority, CITIZENS or FOREIGNERS?
And BTW, now that she’s being evicted, are there arrangements to help her relocate to another place?
