SAN FRANCISCO -- A predominantly black group of women kicked off a Napa wine train "for being too loud" have filed a racial discrimination lawsuit against the train company, the group's attorney announced Thursday.

The group of 11 women, who are members of a book club, are seeking $11 million in damages from the Napa Valley Wine Train.

They are being represented by San Francisco civil rights attorney Waukeen Q. McCoy.

Wine train officials have hired a former FBI agent to conduct its own investigation into the incident, a company spokesman said Thursday.

I know how loud a group of ghetto black women can get - deafening!

But it can NEVER be about behavior, can it? Their blackness is their license to kill.

How could this group of black women prove it was because of their skin color, and not simply because they were too loud? Or, does such a standard mean nothing in California?

From wine train to gravy train. The only damages they should ever be able to collect under any circumstances is the cost of the train trek and cost of their trip.

As I recall from the original article on this the women got very drunk and loud and were asked several times to tone it down.

It would be nice if the winery could get witnesses that were there, into court. But the black on white intimidation factor will stop that dead in its tracks.

If the company had an umbrella policy for this, it is not getting renewed.

The trains may stop running.

As much as we blame lawyers, we must blame the juries that the defendants fear that lead to seven figure settlements.
