Trey Gowdy has a conservative voting score card of 85%, while people like Boehner and Mcconnel is 35 and 50%. So even if Trey is fake, he’s preferable

Voting score doesn’t matter when members are allowed to vote in a way that pleases their home constituency but does not affect the advancement of the government agenda in a negative manner.
There will always be just enough votes for something to pass, or just not enough votes for another item to not pass, bur conservatives will never get a single victory on anything.
It’s a rigged game, and that score is theater.

Ever wonder why every important contentious vote is EXACTLY one vote over or under? It's so the reliably defeated Republicans can APPEAR to vote as conservatively as possible. It's just theater. Trey Gowdy is just another bad actor.

Sounds to me to be more of the same. Lesser of two evils is still evil and that has gotten us to where we are today.
