(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today announced that Judge Reggie B. Walton set a status conference tomorrow in litigation concerning former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email issue. The court is considering a request from Judicial Watch for a preservation order to protect all emails in the possession of Clinton, her lawyers and her former aides. The issue arises in a lawsuit brought on by Judicial Watch against the U.S. Department of State. Judicial Watch’s preservation order proposal would protect any emails Clinton and her lawyers unilaterally determined to be personal. (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:12-cv-02034)).

This lawsuit was reopened after the disclosure of new records from Clinton non-government email system, the first time in history a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit had ever been reopened.
The Judicial Watch lawsuit seeks documents regarding the State Department’s production and dissemination of an advertisement intended to air in Pakistan entitled “A Message from the President of the United States Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.” The advertisement was seen as an apology for the Internet video that President Obama, then-Secretary of State Clinton, and other administration officials falsely blamed for inspiring “spontaneous demonstrations” resulting in the attack on the U.S. Special Mission Compound in Benghazi, Libya.

The purpose of the video by Hillary and Obama was to assure their blackmailers that they were indeed dealing with Hillary and Obama.
It was also meant to humiliate Obama and Hillary.
It was also to provide evidence that Hillary and Obama were personally involved in Libya and Benghazi.
Hillary and Obama are being blackmailed by our enemies.
The two dip shirts were trying to get away with stealing Qadaffi’s wealth, and the enemy caught them and then started blackmailing them.
That’s why there was no rescue attempt.
That’s why there’s been no attempt to bring the Benghazi murderers to justice.
That’s why the Benghazi 40 are not allowed to speak.
