As a Gulf War vet, it really pains me to say that, too.

Black Sea Fleet has at least one Yasen Class Fast Attack Submarine armed with Caliber Cruise Missiles. The Severodvisnk is part of the new “Black Hole” submarine upgrade the Russians have developed. These and the Borei Class “Boomers” are virtually undetectable. Our Carriers go through the Dardinelles. They don’t come out.

That's insane. Russia would fight an existential war, inclusive of nukes, to protect Crimea and Eastern Ukraine.
The US will not. Rightfully so.
