In an ideal world it would have and it should have.
The only reasons that anyone lets Saudi Arabia get away with their sponsorship of international terrorism is the oil and they can bribe pretty much anyone with the filthy lucre, these things trump both morals and justice.
What I don’t get is that Saudi has a fraction of our oil. We don’t need them. Of course using theirs mean ours can be environmentally put off limits and the population controlled...So I suppose I do get it.
