“people who are truly filled with God’s Spirit won’t be”

Proved by the fact that they agree with you?

I heard Trump say that people send him Bibles all the time and he doesn’t have the heart to throw them away so he donates them.

Sure is a far cry from the current resident of the Rainbow House.

Trump: I’ve Never Asked God For Forgiveness For Anything

That's very concerning as he apparently has not asked to receive Grace or for some reason doesn't think he needs it...concerning well beyond any presidential race for his own self.

“Monday’s gathering is also not the first of its kind at Trump Tower.

“I found him to be a humble man,” said Dr. Darrell Scott, the senior pastor of New Spirit Revival Ministries in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, who met Trump at a similar gathering of pastors about four years ago. He’s now helping to organize Monday’s gathering along with televangelist Paula White.

Scott said he was especially taken aback by how Trump ended their first meeting.

“He said, ‘Pray for me that God leads me in the direction that he wants me to go in,’” recalled Scott. “I was flabbergasted. He stood up and he bowed his head and he closed his eyes and we prayed.”

“Monday’s gathering is expected to open with a prayer service and include discussion of issues affecting the preachers’ communities, said Trump Organization attorney Michael Cohen, who struck up a friendship with Scott.”

“Many of them know Mr. Trump personally and have had private conversations with him over the years,” Cohen said, adding: “And despite the fact that some of their views might be different, they certainly respect the fact that he speaks openly, he speaks from his heart, and he’s willing to listen.”

You can tell if someone is born again of the Spirit of God, and if someone has the Holy Ghost dwelling inside of them?

That’s great! Maybe you can teach us lowly Christians how it is you know what is in their heart.

Please, do tell.

Please tell us just which one of the Presidential ‘wannabees’ will the ‘people who are truly filled with God’s Spirit” choose to be elected to save America?

I agree. We saw this same theater with Hitler, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.

Talked to my son a few days ago....He said I was not religious like my mother.

Except he doesn't know, I pray all the time, particularly the rosary. Gave my granddaughter a lovely one to take to college...with the words..."He's always there for you. He'll comfort you"...But he won't do your homework.

So even my own son doesn't know what religion means to me.

And none of us know Donald's Heart...but I believe, without a doubt, that it is good.

So you’re filled with God’s spirit but Trump is fooling everyone into thinking he’s like you?

I was always suspect of folks who claim to have the inside on God or God’s spirit, while alleging others they might read about in the MSM do not.

I get you. But I do believe Trump respects religious institutions and would never denigrate and discriminate against Christians as Obama does now. That counts for something.

The president is not intended to be the First Pastor. After all, W was the most humble person ever to be president and a God fearing man. That earned him nothing at this site, so don't be so arrogant.

Because so many of those "people who are truly filled with God’s Spirit" are so damn sanctimonious and holier than ....well everyone else, that they hold the keys to what's in every other man's heart and will not unlock the Kingdom of Heaven (or any facsimile thereof) to anyone they deem as unclean/unfit/unholy, no matter what God may have to say about it.

Some "Christians" remind me of the story about a guy who moved to a new town and found himself shunned by the church he tried to attend because he "just didn't fit". He was praying one night about how he wanted to go to church but the folks there just wouldn't let him in the door. God actually spoke to him and said, "Don't despair, my beloved son. They won't let Me in either"......
