I wouldn’t give Rand Paul any credit, he was trying to sabotage Cruz and Mike Lee (UT) the entire time. He only voted “no” because Dana Carvey’s Turtle had the votes.

I don't give little Rand credit for anything. He promptly went out and trashed Ted Cruz to the press for not being a good boy and daring to criticize the powerful.
