Hey, Bill, here’s a hint - STFU! It works pretty well to rehabilitate bad Presidents, and sounding off when you’re irrelevant hasn’t worked so well for your fellow southern former-governor who was a failed President, the Peanut Farmer.
And Trump, for reasons we only speculate on, really wanted Bill and Hilary there. I mean, they’re really good friends, I guess.

I would suggest pointing out that despite ‘thinking’ they knew all the facts, the Bill Clinton administration brokered a deal with North Korea that led to them getting nukes, and Hillary's tenure at the State Dept. was highlighted by either being ‘blindsided’ by Benghazi and not understanding/anticipating the situation, or by being unconcerned/nonchalant about a threat she knew was credible. Either way, the facts are not on their side.
I’ve always admired Bill Clinton’s ability to constantly look stupid. Only an incredible dumb-ass would’ve married Hillary. PS: your kid don’t look like you, Bozo.

In fact, in the White House, Pres. Bush created a “CLINTON FREE ZONE” including the area under the desk in the Oval Office. It was designed to give female interns a safe haven when Bill came back to the White House on visits.
When Hillary came back to visit, they hid the China and silverware.
[NB: THe White House “Clinton Free Zone” is one reason Bill created the Clinton Family Values Foundation, so that he could legally hire interns. You do the math].

Trump was already a household name long, long before the election. He had a book called "The Art of the Deal" and a TV show called "The Apprentice"...so the normal MSM trick of "cut off the candidate's air time and define him ourselves" wasn't gonna work.
But they had to try anyway. Here was the idea, the MSM had it all figured out: get this, they'd have someone from Fox News ambush him, (he'll NEVER expect that), and here's the kicker: it'll be a woman! He can't even stand up to her without making the misogyny charge come true live on TV! What could possibly go WRONG?
But when they tried it and Trump told Megyn Kelly where to stick it -->
"Mr. Trump, why do you hate women--"
"ROSIE O'DONNELL!"
...*that* is when his popularity took off.
