"Turn it over to the States!"Turn it over to the private sector! No State or Federal government has any "NEEDFUL PURPOSE" in claiming ownership... NONE!!! It should be left on the local government's property tax rolls instead of the State or Feds ripping that off.
At least give it back to the government closest to the people such as a county!!!
