I am rooting for the Russians to stomp out ISIS in Syria.

Can the US do the same in Iraq? Not under the current leadership, which is giving Iraq to ISIS. (And trying to give Syria to ISIS also.)

If real leadership existed in this country, we’d coordinate anti-ISIS efforts with the Russians. In concert with Putin’s guys in Syria, we could assemble a force in Iraq to push and trap the ISIS knuckledraggers into a pocket at the Syrian-Iraqi border, then bomb it to dust.
