Sounds like Putin wants to return to the days when the Superpowers unabashedly decided what was best for the rest of the world, while the West has decided that all cultures are equal and does nothing to guide lesser nations to the right path. The West won't even admit there is a difference between right and wrong ways anymore.

I definitely felt safer during the Cold War than I do in the multicultural PC era of today.

If we REALLY decided that 'all cultures are equal' is would not be as damaging as what we're doing now.

Our policy is 'no policy'... we spend 500 million dollars to train less than 10 people. We don't understand the culture so we assume 'offering military training' will work. It's won't and it hasn't... not in ANY MUSLIM COUNTRY.

So we offer up our treasure... our young men ... our good will and all for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The only people who benefit are top military men, arms producers, those who give medical care at VA hospitals and fools like John McCain who see themselves as BIG MEN.

Our military's good. But when we win we don't know what to do with the win. Can you imagine if after World War II we had built a few schools in Japan, maybe dug some wells, and gave candy to kids... how it would have worked out? Japan would have rearmed and come after us. Same with Germany.

The US is too stupid to fight wars now because we don't know what to do with a victory when we have it. We say, "We won - bring the chaos on... 'cause we're totally clueless'... "Want to rape little boys on the base? Sure we have no cultural or moral underpinnings... )

Putin will stop ISIS... then he'll make a deal with Iran (no - not the kind where he gives them billions and gets nothing) but a grown up deal... and the boot will come down on the people of the ME... maybe forever. But it'll be better than the void - the nothingness - the shifting sand that we left them with...
