Something like two free bags, a one-way air fare and maybe even a $500 payment to be deposited in their account in their country of origin to be claimed at their nearest U.S. Consulate no less than 90 days after they arrive home. This applies only to the first one million takers and gets ratcheted down from there.

Given the cost of illegals sucking benefits off the taxpayers, a one-way airline ticket to their country of origin would be a net benefit for the taxpayers. The airlines would benefit from the traffic. Sweeten the pot for the return trip with import purchases and travelers with a visa for a fixed visit.
