If you read the passage:
And if you fear that you will not deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry those that please you of [other] women, two or three or four. But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] one or those your right hand possesses. That is more suitable that you may not incline [to injustice].You will notice that he is NOT talking about marrying the orphan girls. "Then marry those that please you of [other] women". I.e., satisfy your sexual desires on women OTHER than the orphans under your care. In context, he's discussing the daughters of a widow the Muslim might marry.
When you read other translations you will see that is the minority meaning. It’s about supporting orphans, and doing so in a way injustice is not done. It’s not right to pick the meaning that matches what we want it to mean, doing that is confirmation bias.
Accuracy matters.
I don’t like it when others act as if they know what I’m thinking better than I do and I’m sure Muslims who don’t believe the Quran justifies raping infidels don’t like it either.
