The only portions of the Constitution that cover gay demands for normal people to accommodate and participate in the travesties they call "weddings" are (1) the First Amendment's free exercise clause, and (2) the Tenth Amendment's restriction of FedGov to the Enumerated Powers. Both prevent FedGov from issuing any lawful demands for people to violate their religious values or even their freedom of association - they cannot force us to participate in or support pretend "marriages".
Obama and even Chief Justice Roberts can order us to obey, but those orders have no legal or moral authority. The only reason to obey is fear of overwhelming force, and governing by force will (I hope) never work in America.
The far left extremists have arrested, shackled, and jailed decent people for nothing more than a refusal to play make-believe in their farcical pretense that gay "marriage" has any connection to the real thing. They will continue to do so. The thugs have taken private property by force, hundreds of thousands of dollars per victim, from decent people who committed no real crime, who just refused to obey unlawful demands that violate religious freedom. I hope this will end soon, short of another Civil War. However, these unlawful government actions are unacceptable. They must end, one way or another. Perhaps the thugs will back down before decent people are backed into a corner and lash out. Perhaps they will not back down, in which case this could get very ugly. If it gets ugly, I will be on the side of the Constitution. I gave my Oath, and it did not have an expiration date.
