How did you reduce the size of her swelled head so it would fit into the picture? Photoshop? ;-)

Crowbar
Found a picture
Copied half the picture down the middle of her nose
Reversed it
Pasted it to the other side
Cleaned it up a bit
Copied the face only
Increased the size by 15%
Cleaned off not purely white residue
Pasted her head back on
Cleaned it up
There you have it.

BTW:
I did that in PCPaint.
I did use another program to resize the head up 15%.
Other than that all artwork was accomplished in PCPaint.
