From what I’ve read, they’re more to the right then the rest of Spain but considering how far to the left Spain is, they’re still to the left of our Democrats. Their opposition is the euro Christian Democrats, RINOs basically. They’re all for independence thought. At the end of the day, for them its language.
Catalonia is far left.
