While I disagree with the author about Carly Fiorina, he has however the right to his opinion.

I agree. He has every right to his opinions. That doesn't mean this wasn't a puff piece. I'd wager it was written in conjunction with the Fiorina campaign. He appears to be parroting the exact same taking points the Fiorina campaign has.
All well and good, but we don't have to buy what he is selling.
