Perhaps they should sue Maddow?

I think it’s outrageous you allowed your daughter to go to the theater without checking to see if there were any mass murdering lunatics there......

This is good and right, but would be better if the lawyers and the Brady bunch, who used the families for their own interests, would pay this.

“Loser pays”. Isn’t this what we want?
And they sound like the very definition of losers.

You have been used by the gun grabbers. Dont feel too bad, they use all victims of gun violence to further their agenda.Darn right they have. They would not have brought the case if it were not being done pro-bono by Jim Brady Foundation lawyers. These lawyers used them as guinea pigs to establish precedent for suing ammunition sellers.

They should be suing the move theater for being a gun free zone.

... you are being used by people that get a tingle up their leg when things like this happen so they can further the goal of subverting the constitution.
Ditto... You should go after the ambulance chasers who convinced you to do this.

Too bad, the ammo dealer is not responsible. Looks to me you just wanted money.

because we thought it was outrageous that companies could sell a dangerous man an arsenal without getting any information They had to have known that they would lose and their attorney surely told them about the attorneys' costs they would be liable for, theirs and Lucky Gunner's. They probably expect to recoup it all and make a profit through GoFundMe.

Maybe they could have sued the movie theater for not having sensors on the exterior exits to alert management that one of them was open to the outside. Makes as much sense.

What I don’t understand is how it got to trial in the first place. This is a case that should have been thrown at the summary judgment stage. It would have saved these poor, deluded people some money.

The perp is responsible for his actions. Not everyone else.

A criminal chose to take a shot at your daughter and hit her. The consequences were most tragic, and for that you have my heartfelt sympathies.
You chose to take a shot at the ammo dealer and missed, badly. That too has consequences, as you're finding out.
Maybe next time you'll take out your aggressions on a blameworthy party and not the party that others, for their own selfish reasons and misguided motives, tell or convince you is the blameworthy party.
Headline should read: "Gunman Must Pay For Bad His Decision, But Why Should We Have To Pay For Ours?" Answer's pretty obvious, pal

I would never mock someone who lost their child. I can’t imagine the grief. It’s sad that during a vulnerable time in their life they were conned by these ambulance chasers. Their lawyers should have to pay up.

The daughter’s last name appears to be Arab. Ironic that she was killed by a terrorist.
