Gator doesn’t believe in Constitutional rights for plebes. Just for LEOs -

To provide a better layer of protection for their members, the Combined Law Enforcement Association of Texas (CLEAT) has developed a new app. The exclusive mobile phone app, dubbed the “CLEAT Tactical Bag” puts officers who find themselves in critical situations in touch with a CLEAT lawyer almost instantly.

The app uses GPS technology to connect an officer with an on-call attorney after a critical incident. It’s free, easy to use — and it’s the only mobile phone app designed exclusively for law enforcement officers.

“I am referring to the article that supports the basic Constitutional rights for every citizen.”

What about the constitutional right to go to lunch on a Sunday after church without fearing that biker gangs will gun you down?

LOL!

The article that says:

” Many of the bikers present at Twin Peaks may have been nothing more than motorcycle enthusiasts who wear leather vests and club colors as they play the role of biker rebel, but who are not members of criminal motorcycle gangs.”

Duh ... may have been? Duh, they were wearing gang colors.

From their newsroom:

“While the most notorious gang incident of the year was the deadly May 17 Waco shooting between rival motorcycle gangs the Bandidos and the Cossacks that killed nine people, the state report left the Bandidos as a “tier two” gang. It noted that a string of violent episodes preceded the shooting and it was connected with a territorial dispute.”
