ROFL!!!
Discovery phase should be interesting. :)
> “To some degree, its a setback, and youve already seen the John Boehner haters out there, said Marc Lampkin, a partner at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and a former Boehner aide.”
Thank you Mark for revealing your name and lobbying firm to the press. I will be sure to blackball your ass from any Article V activity. Because the Article V movement aims to shutdown K Street in toto by moving power from K St back to Main St and I’ll make sure you won’t be coming along with it.
Doubtful. K street still has a month to get what they want out of Boehner.
-They will get a continuing resolution that will leave planned infanticide untouched.
-They might get a longer term budget that preserves deficit spending, and keeps planned infanticide fully funded.
-It is very possible that they’ll get amnesty rammed through.
Think “half off sale” for K street. But deals only last for a limited time.
Yeah the media tells their biggest lies in the headlines.
But I still loved that headline...
A clean CR that funds every current disgusting Dem/RINO boondoggle is a sure goal of his resignation.
But what happens forward is the new Leadership’s duty and responsibility.
Of course any RINO revolts against the new Leadership will be championed and extolled by the media.
That will help the media demonize any conservative efforts in the debt/ budget/ spending fights after the CR.
Of course he is glad to be getting out. The pressure is off. Boehner will relax for 6-12 months then come back as a lobbyist.
The only question is which K Street lobbying outfit will bid the most for his services

Time to dismantle K-Street and its corporate welfare cat wing.
Washington works for the rich and powerful and ignores the interests of middle and working class Americans.
It harms their livelihoods, undermines their values and destroys their national pride.
Off with them!
