Judicial Watch Statement on Boehner Resignation
Judicial Watch ^ | 9-25-2015 | Judicial Watch

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement regarding the resignation of House Speaker John A. Boehner (R-OH):

John Boehner’s willingness to fund rather than oppose Barack Obama’s lawlessness is a chief reason for his forced resignation from his position as speaker of the House. It is no small issue that, during Boehner’s tenure, Judicial Watch is widely acknowledged to have been performing the oversight that is the job of Congress. We’ve heard from many members of the House who are embarrassed that its committees and oversight have become a joke under Speaker Boehner. Judicial Watch has had more success investigating the IRS, Benghazi, and Clinton email scandals than any House committee under Boehner’s direction.

And the House simply could not stand for John Boehner to allow the funding of the very things he told the American people that House leadership opposed. Corruption in government grew under Speaker Boehner’s watch.

A reporter interviewed Trump at the Values Voter Summit and asked what he thought about Boehner resigning. He said "It's time. We need someone who is tough."

The “Pope’s” speech to Congress about how evil America is must have really gotten to Boehner.

I have had to turn the tv off. Every channel has the pope on tv 24/7 and interrupts that only for breaking news. Time to do some long overdue yard work all week.

Damning.

No hold barred, and good for them.

I thought it was odd that Boehner teared up. I mean, WTF? This must’ve been what was going in his mind. He’s been evil

I had to listen to those pidjin English banalities for hours last night. I felt like I was back in High School “Social Studies” when I first smelled a rat in those poisoned platitudes.

This might’ve had something to do with the *crying*....sold his soul?....

Boehner Cut Deal With Pelosi to Avoid Government Shutdown

Sources tell Breitbart News that several members of the House of Representatives are saying “the rumor is Boehner cut a deal with Pelosi.”

According to those sources, outgoing House Speaker Rep. John Boehner and Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi agreed that her Democratic caucus would join Boehner along with a handful of Boehner loyalists and moderate establishment Republicans to continue Planned Parenthood funding, along with a few other budget items President Obama says were must-haves, in order to avoid a Government shutdown.

Yes, it was nauseating, especially seeing David, Lester, Scott and Gwen having orgasms in reporting about the pope and the popemobile (mentioned almost as much as the occupant).

Boehner will hang around to do a number on the budget to prop up Planned Parenthood, right?

Speaking of RATS, we aren’t stopping here, are we? We have McConnell and another 5 at least in the Senate to go, and a good 50 in the House, 20 of which are sadly from Texas.

This....

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-34355043

Ted Cruz quote:

After his speech today, Cruz expressed concern that Mr Boehner may be ending his tenure with one more effort at negotiation with Democrats.

“If it is correct that the speaker, before he resigns, has cut a deal with Nancy Pelosi to fund the Obama administration for the rest of its tenure, to fund Obamacare, to fund executive amnesty, to fund Planned Parenthood, to fund implementation of this Iran deal - and then, presumably, to land in a cushy K Street job after joining with the Democrats to implement all of President Obama’s priorities, that is not the behaviour one would expect of a Republican speaker of the House,” he said.

Boehner has always acted like he's under someone's thumb.

Speaking of oversight, does Judicial Watch know who owns Boehner and what the terms of his ownership are?

Now that things are officially FUBAR and he can't blame it on Pelosi any more, it would be nice to know what it is we've been getting screwed like an ISIS slave girl for all these years.

He does granted. But if you accept that he is as hard left as Barry, it explains every one of his actions.

He spouts right wing rhetoric but when the chips come down, he has set op no win scenarios. Every time. EVERY.

He holds one show vote after another that are set up to fail even when they win because ultimately he will not play hardball and took the biggest weapons off the table going in.

Thats exactly what a leftist plant would to.

Verbatim.

Then JB and his staff need their phone lines cut and NOW. Isolate them. Cut their email accounts and cell phones.
I bet JB’s staff pull down a $10 million/yr added up. Break this little mafia up before they DO everything Cruz anticipates. Get them to K Street yesterday to prevent this damage, and certainly don’t let any other reps hire them.

Everyone is celebrating but I want his successor nailed down NOW. Speaker is #2 in POTUS succession.

I think we should ask that all the work that Boehner has refused to put forth, whether it is good or bad, should be made public so we Legal American Voters can decide what is good for OUR country...

Just because we elect people with OUR vote does not mean that they can run OUR government...they bring back things to their districts or States and talk to the people and then go back to Washington D.C. and vote on it there, the way WE want it voted on!!!

That is an absolutely unbelievable statement. "If it is correct.........", Mr Boehner should never be allowed one minute of "cushy".
