Well, Putin has been de jure leader of Russia and his new version of the USSR, called (for now) the Eurasian Union (at first the “Eurasian Economic Community”), since 2000. Not a stretch of the imagination to figure out that some of those who adhere to him have been on FR even since that time or shortly after.
Why they are allowed to remain here all these years doing what they do, as obvious as it is, is the puzzling thing.
