You could tell Obamacare would be in trouble when they refused to listen to hospital administrators, physicians, and pharmacists.
They didn’t want any (I assume tainted) insider perspectives. I can’t imagine fixing any problem without talking to the hands on people who could give you their perspectives, even if you didn’t act on each of them.
I’m not completely sold on the idea none of these entities were involved, but it sounds rational in light of how the Leftist mind thinks.
