Most are well beyond their sell date, and need to pack it in. Rand Paul is showing his "Dead Head" roots, great Eye Doctor, but not a POTUS. Rubio, is too slick by 1/2 as the E-GOP negotiates and tries to sell us him as an "Acceptable Jepito Press 2 for English Bush", No Thank You.

Cruz screwed the pooch with his Corker vote and he knows it. So does Trump. That's why he wants to include the Iran mess (he helped create) into a funding bill...hoping it will make his bone head vote go away.
He's too stupid to know as long as he keeps bad-mouthing Bohner and McConnell he's not going to ever get anywhere with any kind of legislation.
