The “Trump rape story” was by someone who didn’t bother watching the episode.
It was a warning against Trump, but Garrison actually played the “Trump character.” The one who did look a bit like Trump was the Canadian PM.
The USA was being invaded by Canadian illegal aliens, and Garrison played a “Trump like” character, after South Park had been taken over by champions of PC. So Garrison revolts against it, and regarding how he feels about illegal aliens (after being bullied by the PC language police,) his solution is to “f**k them all to death,” after which, he’ll build a wall between the USA and Canada.
While this episode was brutal against Trump, it appears that there’s going to be a running subject of PC this season, as the 2nd episode reference the 1st episode quite a bit.

I just re-watched the episode with my teenage son Eric Blair Jr., and he said “dad, come on! That was Donald Trump who just got raped. Did you see the hair?”
