[On jobs, its simple.]

Unions are one of the main reasons the companies fled the country to get them back THAT will be have to be confronted first and that will not be that simple.

2. and 3. are contradictory:
2. I will be "The JOBS President." I'll build a team of 10 of the most brilliant business leaders in US history. These 10 together will have created millions of jobs. We'll turn it around with the ideas of this amazing brain trust. And we'll have one important rule- no government bureaucrats involved.

3. I will repeal and replace Obamacare. Obamacare is destroying the US economy- killing jobs, raising taxes, imposing regulations, dramatically raising insurance premium prices and prescription drug prices for middle class Americans. I will repeal it. I'll appoint Dr. Benjamin Carson to head this huge project

I believe Trump will build the wall and if you look at his plan I don’t believe that is all it says.
I am for Cruz but I want that wall.
As far as the I-9 the only thing that has done has made legal Americans fill out the paperwork. Illegals don’t have to and don’t.
When they start building the way people will probably start leaving.

Agreed. A wall is not all of Trump’s plan on immigration and in and of itself a wall is not a sufficient plan on immigration.

Good read..I would add about govt regulations, the first thing a President Trump should do is abolish the EPA. It was created by a President’s pen stroke (Nixon), it can end by one. Also, I believe it was Fiorna who suggested that all government agencies would have to submit a cost analysis of their departments to assess if they should be remained open. Most likely, that would be a bureaucrats worse nightmare. So I’m for it!!

Other than the wall and some vague talk about bringing back jobs and “replacing” Obamacare (with what? he’s used the term “Trumpcare” at least a few times), Trump has said nothing to give the impression that he would support any of these points. What makes anyone think that he would?

This is a classic example of Trump support - take his broad message (”Make America Great Again”), and fill in the blanks, assuming that Trump’s idea of “Great” (and of what it would take to get there) is the same as his supporters.

I will give the American people a Reagan-esque low flat tax for individual taxpayers and corporations. We will give the money back to the people.

Pure commie socialism.

stay on target and forget the primary opponents. The trouble is Trump goes off in several directions at once. He is excellent at controlling the deal.

After reading two of his books, I still have more to read, he is holding things very close to his vest...good business practice...

When he is ready, he will pounce with things that we are wanting answers to, but now is not the time, why give the other candidates his ideas to run on?

The only other two candidates he will embrace is Cruz and maybe Carson...I think the three of them have been talking privately for some time...and I think you'll see a threesome before long...

The rest of the candidates aren't doing anything, and I don't think Jebby will ever be a problem...remember the American people don't want any more bushes, clintons or obumas....

As far as Trump attacking, why not? If someone attacks you, do you go running in your hole? I don't, I face it and say what I feel, he's doing what everyday normal people do when faced with lies and slander...and Fox had better be really careful, Trump has already filed suit against Club for Growth...he can do it to Fox to....

Needs to have General Petraeus as an advisor on the Middle East. Crush ISIS. Rebuild the fleet, the airforce and army. New standars to free Americas eging of progress. Jobs not welfare. Police Rights not criminal gangs rights.

He has the support of many of the governed, but not the elite. Which is why I truly think that he will not be the nominee, even if he wins the primaries.

That's the same position Reagan founf himself in...only the Rats had the House and Tip O'Neal held Reagan in contempt...even though he grew on him to the point where O'Neal was willing to concede that RR was an 'amiable dunce'.

Presumably Trump will still have GOP majorities in Congress...majorities that will be greatly chastened by Trump's election and the rejection of their way of doing things. Any politician who makes it back to DC and wants to stay there will learn very quickly that they better play ball with Trump.

re:
demands for concrete plans for everything.
I’m reading a new book, The Real Watergate Scandal, and it opens up with a discussion of what Nixon was doing before he was taken down by - according to the author - a liberal conspiracy to violate law and morals.

And one thing stands out in my memory about the 1968 campaign: Nixon said he had a plan to handle Vietnam. Journalism was all over Nixon about his “secret plan,” ridiculing the idea that he had any such thing that the people should trust. Well, guess what! Nixon did have a plan, and it could not be executed if he had made public.

It sounds quaint now, but back then Nixon was not respected as adept at foreign policy. But honestly, could he have announced in 1968 that he would be going to China in 1972? The idea is absurd. The negotiations leading up to that visit had not been done yet - and could not be done successfully, if publicly announced beforehand.

re:
    Abuse of the IRS
Nixon was audited by the IRS every year Kennedy or Johnson was in office.

Sure puts a different light on the claims that Nixon was siccing the IRS on someone else. And on the fatuous conceit that we can’t afford to get rid of the IRS.
