Not my flight, but very much like the Mercy Flight that brought me back home 46 years ago.
I was at USNH Agana Guam after wound debridement. Flew back to Clark AFB the day before where we were all marshalled for the flight home. At Clark we were loaded on to the Starlifter and went first to Tachikawa AFB, Japan, then to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, then to Chanute AFB, IL, and finally to Andrews AFB, MD, where I was taken by ambulance to NNMC, Bethesda. My Mother and my girlfriend were both waiting for me at the ER. It was a warm homecoming.

This latest project finished pretty quickly.
Timing could be good for getting your computer up to snuff while you scope out the next project.
Good luck with both.

WELCOME TO THE
(where our troops, allies
and their families can refresh themselves)
Good morning, Everyone.
Good morning to our
Military, our Allies, and their families.
Thank you, Ma, for preparing the Canteen
for today's activities
I will post and run, but
will be back after my morning walk.
Come in, sit down.
Grab a cup of joe or tasty tea.
Mingle a bit, chat with the troops
or family member.
There's always plenty of conversation, silliness,
and plain old BS in the FR Canteen.
REMEMBER THEM ~ DEFENDERS OF FREEDOM
FR CANTEEN MISSION STATEMENT Showing support and boosting the morale of our military and our allied military and the family members of the above. Honoring those who have served before.

Well, friends I got my 2006 Ford Ranger in to Billingsley Ford in Duncan. They did The Works and a tune-up on it.
This was just one of many solutions to the pickup requiring 3 turns of the key to start. It is still requiring 2 turns the first time in the morning on some trips. Keep in mind this is an aging pickup.
They did notice a minor oil leak in the left front and left rear side of the engine. I'm going to set up another visit to take care of that.
Cousin Dickie did tell me one time that it might be due to an aging fuel pump. I'll look at that when the time comes.
The pickup is running OK though. I took trips to Duncan yesterday and this morning to the grocery store and Love's for refueling.
Bo is having quite a bit of luck finding turtles out at the lake. He found one yesterday and one Tuesday.
We did have a brief rain shower pass through this morning. Feels quite cool.
