Another Victimless crime.

A while back a guy plied a small child with liquor so he could put the moves on the child's mom, and the child died; was that child a "victim" of the legality of alcohol? To me the answer is clearly "no".

No, a test of the consistency of your application of your implied principle - which you so far are failing.
