Yep. Russia has an economy the size of Italy. An economy in recession from sanctions & low oil prices. No chance they can send 100,000 troops to the ME. That’s a day dream that won’t be happening

How big was their economy when they raised millions and millions of troops to conquer Eastern Europe from the Nazis?

When Russia sends troops into other countries they don't contract with Halliburton to provide the chow.

We spend an extraordinary amount per soldier compared to other nations. For training, for equipment, for pay, and for creature comforts that poorer nations simply don't. Don't mistake that with the ability to send soldiers from A to B.

With Russians ISIS (Dash) will face an enemy that can be as barbaric as they are or worse! Even if the 90,000 number is high, the Russians are “In it to win it”. Worry Not—Russia will get money enough to pay for their adventure. A little bit of advise for the ISIS folks—If you capture any Russians, Don’t burn them alive for the cameras. It will just piss them off and they will go all Mongol on you.
